🚚 Shipping & Delivery
- Where do you ship? We ship domestically (UK). For outside the UK, please contact us so we can get the best postage costs for you.
- How long does shipping take? We will be using EVRI for most of our deliveries which usually take 2 to 5 days.
- How much does shipping cost? Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
- How can I track my order? Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your package in real time. [1]
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
- What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- How do I start a return? Contact us through email and we'll create a return label for you.
- When will I receive my refund? Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 24 hours.

- What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) through Stripe and Paypal.
- Is my payment information secure? Yes. All transactions are securely processed and we never store your payment card details.
- Can I change or cancel my order? You can change or cancel your order within an hour of placing it. After this window, the order enters fulfillment and cannot be modified.
